Congratulations to CTSC KL2 Scholar Alumna, Dr. Anaïs Rameau, MD of the Department of Otolaryngology on being one of the selected for the 2025-2026 Healthcare Leadership Fellows Program!  

Dr. Rameau's Healthcare Leadership project titled, “A Clinical Decision Support Tool for Predicting Aspiration Pneumonia Risk Using EHR Data,” exemplifies the spirit of innovation and patient-centered care that this distinguished program is designed to cultivate. 

Sponsored by the Michael J. Wolk Heart Foundation, the Healthcare Leadership Fellows Program was established in 2012 to equip physician leaders with the tools to drive transformative change in health care. Fellows receive mentorship and engage with esteemed national leaders.  

Dr. Anais Rameau is currently an Associate Professor and the Director of New Technologies in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and the Chief of Dysphagia at the Sean Parker Institute for the Voice at Weill Cornell Medicine. Her mentors during the KL2 award included Holger Klinck, PhD, Director of the Bioacoustics Research Program at Cornell University, Ithaca, and Fei Wang, PhD, Professor of Population Health Sciences at Weill Cornell Medicine.
